When I try to install the Windows 10 product KMS I receive a messaging saying 'The specific product key is invalid, or is unsupported by this version of VAMT. I was able to add the product keys for numerous OSs up to Windows 8.1. I recently setup a Server 2012 R2 (Standard Edition) KMS server. In the command prompt box enter: slmgr -upkĪnd press return. KMS activation for Windows 10 using Server 2012 R2. Run "Command Prompt" using "Run as administrator". I think standard & Datacenter used the same ISO. Enter your server product key there, and you should then be able to activate windows from that dialog. This should bring up the search box and you should see "slui.exe 0x03" highlighted on the left in a box - click that box. We have a Windows Server 2012 Datacenter key activating Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2012 & Server 2008 R2. 
Whilst this is not obvious, this is caused by having the wrong product key. Did you make sure your command-line is right? I guess your input arguments may have some thing wrong.
